I started Flying Solo
Catering to provide quality food, at competitive prices.
I have worked in the hospitality industry for 8 years, and absolutely
love it. I have had hands
on experience with all aspects of the industry and currently hold
my Managers Licence and Food Safety Certificate.
I worked for a large Auckland based Club, catering
for intimate settings for 20 people, to larger functions of over
400 people. I don't believe in companies charging such high prices
for food, so I started Flying Solo Catering.
I offer delicious food for any occasion at affordable
prices and have had hands on experience in setting and catering
for intricate finger food menus, and buffet style meals.
As many of my previous customers have experienced,
I am a dedicated caterer who wants to see your function a success
- so if you have something special in mind, just ask!
I have catered for functions involving high-profile
guests, 21sts, Weddings, Funerals, Engagements and Christmas Functions
to name a few.
