Set Menus
These set menus take all the hassle out of deciding
what to offer your guests! They are all popular meals, perfect
for any occasion!
Set menus: $16+ GST per person, minimum of 15 people. All food
arrives on platters ready to serve!
Asian Set Menu
Entree:
- Prawn Skewers with dipping sauces
Main:
- Thai curry and Jasmine Rice - your choice of beef, chicken
or vegetarian. Succulent Jumbo prawns also available $1 extra

- Asian Greens with Oyster sauce
- Green Salad with Asian flare!
- "Asian Slaw" - a twist on the traditional coleslaw,
with mung beans, coriander, peanuts etc

Pacific Set menu
Entree:
- Raw Fish with coconut cream
Mains:
- Roast pork with crackle and apple sauce
- Roast vegetable medley - with all the favourites such as
potato, kumara, pumpkin, parsnip, carrot, onion, garlic
- Hawaiian Pasta Salad a classic taste of the pacific with
pineapple and ham
- Kiwi Potato and Kumara salad with aioli dressing

- Cheesecake your choice of flavours

- Roast of your choice - Pork with crackle, Beef - garlic studded
with mustard crust, Glazed Ham. Lamb available for extra $2pp)
- Roast Vegetable Medley with potato, kumara, pumpkin, parsnip,
carrot, onion, garlic
- Seasonal Vegetables with honey butter glaze, mint dressing
or garlic butter
- Classic Garden Salad
